Arrangements are subject to coordination with the school or organisation.
Blending performing arts, arts technology and traditional Chinese calligraphy, this workshop takes students on a fun-filled journey of discovery through Chinese characters.
Led by Dr Chui Pui-chee*, the workshop combines songs, games and hands-on calligraphy brush practice, allowing students to experience the joy and appeal of calligraphy while developing a sense of connection with and interest in Chinese culture.
* One session, approximately two hours

Option 2: Calligraphy and Ink Art Workshop Series
Arrangements are subject to coordination with the school or organisation.
Based on a progressive curriculum framework designed by Dr Kan Tai-keung, the series is led by Dr Chui Pui-chee*. Students begin with basic brush techniques before gradually learning how to handle brush and ink, explore variations in ink tone, develop visual forms and compose an image.
Combining theory with practice, the programme helps students progress from simple brushwork exercises to more complete ink art creations, while strengthening their powers of observation, artistic expression and aesthetic appreciation.
* Six sessions, approximately one hour each
